I love being home, and waking up early to get that last bit of beach in my system. I'm thankful to live to close to the water!!
Being home also means back to the basic's, threw on some of my most comfiest high waisted shorts. I also wore these yesterday to go night swimming in with my brother and friend Erica at Cupsogue beach. Now that I have that full in worn effect which I love in a good pair of shorts I'm quietly debating if I should wear these or something smilier to my #ROCKYOURWALK American Eagle event tomorrow in Times Square.

I find comfort in wearing things that bring me back to when I use to forge my mom's signature on a crappy grade or fake sick and pretend to have thrown up in the girls bathroom to get out of taking a test...I was that bad. I hated studying. I never wanted to sit down and just learn something (part of me wishes I had haha...let be real here people) I just wanted to wing it...sort of how I dress I don't like thinking I just want to put clean clothes on, put on a semi acceptable cat eye and run out the door. I find myself dressing more and more like my 11th grade self as the days go on. (when it comes to jeans and basics) I buy myself converse when I get holes on the bottom and I wear shirts I slept in the night before..sorta like my infamous Supermarket T I love so dearly.

Stopped for a little on Bond street. Been walking so long with Shaun. Sometimes we go on these walking sprees. Couple nights ago we ran around china town at 1 in the morning most fun i'd ever had, we then ended up hopping round the lower east side..No rsvp's or uncomfortable heels...
Now off to visit the Kain collection.

Wore my favorite pair of super soft hudson jeans while spending an afternoon with Natalie roaming the streets of China Town. We seriously walked forever looking for a place to eat. I had this mission in my mind that I only wanted to eat sushi. Ending up on Mott street eating fried dumplings and drinking water out of thick styrofoam cups. We crowded up our entire table with some magazines, almost like work and play. Although we really can't take anything seriously and talked about everything but that. Naturally. Pretty sure the subject revolved around boys and hot sauce.

The amount of time actually trying to figure out how to put this tank on was quite ridiculous on my end. It's a complicated number. Threw up something simple to run down to rite aid to pick up some prints I've been waiting on.

This was pretty much inevitable. I have this strange love for Shaun's pick up truck and even tho the radio does not work and I have no clue how to roll down my window correctly, it's the most comfiest ride. These shorts have been working a little too well for me this summer I find myself putting them on as soon as I wake up and pairing them with a lazy tank that has a sort of slept in feel that seems to fit my mood almost everyday.
