Last weekend was spent at the park with my roommates. We had the very ambitious idea of having breakfast on the grass, it was probably the best way to welcome the first couple days of fall. It was aslo the first day I actually wore a real coat not feeling too hot or all stuffy. Absolutely in this love this is cloud like jacket, feels like I left the house wrapped in a blanket and I honestly can not get enough.

There is this restaurant near my home called Tarallucii e Vino that I had been meaning to try for the longest! I love walking around my neighborhood discovering new places to try out. I'm defiantly a creature of habit, but once I get out of my safe zone it's never a disappointment. The food at Tarallucii was delicious, I have to go back cause the sandwiches looked so fresh and well healthy too!...I feel like that's the magic word when describing a place that is not only so so good in flavor, but it's also good for you.

The mornings are getting a tab bit cooler so if you've been following me on Instagram than you've seen me wear this cropped top once or twice. I seriously can't get enough of stripes and high waisted shorts at the moment and also soaking the remaining days I have left to wear shorts without tights!

I leave for Paris in two days, can't wait to enjoy Rock En Seine and hang out with friends!

I think one of the coolest things about being a girl is being able to go from preppy to rebel so sweetheart. I love changing up my look and I do it quite often.  

Wore this outfit on one of my late afternoon strolls around the East Village, cousin owns a gallery just a couple blocks from my apartment so I try and bother him as much as I can, informing him on all the unimportant things going on in my life as I give him advice on what not to wear.

Hey guys, sorry i've been somewhat MIA this past week. I'm in California shooting a project ( I wish I could talk about it, but it's hush hush at the moment) Follow my travels on Instragram though for more! Wore this outfit last weekend when meeting up with some of my girlfriends at B Bar for dinner it was my attempt at being a woman and dressing my age...I don't even know what that means but I like to throw that phrase around every now and then.
Absolutely in love love love with my new mini cross body purse by Mi Piaci, It comes with a  beautiful gold chain that wraps around as well, but I took is off for dinner. I'm still faithful to my oversized carry everything bags,m but in the summer a small bag is the first thing I grab when leaving the house.
Hope everyone is having a great June can you believe it's coming close to an end...and that my birthday is not even 2 weeks away....whaaaat???? I wish I could go back to Biarritz and celebrate my birthday home with my friends. This is the 2nd year I will be in NYC...If I had it my way all my buddies from NYC would be with me in BTZ drinking and surfing on the beach(just thinking about it makes me teary eyed...miss you les PM.

So apparently it's Memorial day weekend...coulda fooled me. I'd probably forget it was Christmas or my own birthday if I wasn't reminded all the time. Not sure what I'm doing this weekend. I always find that  stuff like this is just another excuse to go out and do even less then what you were going to do anyways. Maybe I'm wrong...i'm probably wrong. 

Wore some of my most comfiest basic's over the weekend. These simple pieces will take me right into fall and also are great layering pieces. And we all know I love to layer it's like my "thing". I layer cause I'm cold...not sure if anyone picked up on that one yet haha, but I'm always cold.

Wearing comfort clothes while shopping in the East Village. You know that annoyed feeling you get for no reason and you can't get out of it and if you yell you try and make up for your yelling by blaming it on something ridiculous. We all get that, right? I think so. Well when I get in that annoying funk I resort to wearing pieces that make me comfy cozy and happy. I could rub my hands all over this Lily Ashwell skirt all day and get swallowed up in an oversized coat. So put your phone away and stop wishing he'd text you. Stop checking Facebook or rereading old text messages. Been there done that.

I don't think I've ever owned such a unique piece of jewelry like this necklace. I paired it with my favorite Kenzo sweater which I found online again (here) but in blue. Which I think is equally as charming, especially (in my humble opinion) if you pair them with clogs, but I think anything looks good with clogs. My roommates beg to differ since, I admit if you've been following my instagram you might have seen my latest trend. Some wacky morning I had decided to wear clogs with little troll socks, actually mistaken for a Santa print which made it so much funnier.

Wore this outfit to brunch on Monday and naturally went to my favorite brunch spot in the East Village, Mud Cafe. I'm aware that I need to mix this up a bit but sometimes repetition is nice. And I've been ordering the same thing for three years so why stop the crazy now?

Is there a place you wont ever stop going to? (I'd like to not feel alone in this)

Hope you guys all had an great Valentines day! I went home last night to spend a couple days with my dad and brother before I leave for Paris on Saturday. I'm going for work, but promised my mom that I'd come and stay over for a few nights, plus Pierce has NO CLUE i'm going to be in Paris! He just turned 7 so my dad and I got him 7 DVD's and Playstation games (sale bin! haha). I can't wait to be back in Paris, you can follow my adventures via Instagram 

I've been getting a lot of comments on these white boots! I'm not sure if they still sell them at Topshop but I'll make a Polyvore mood set for ya'll, featuring different styles. I did find an Ance boot that was sorta similar (click here), As soon as I find more styles I'll be sure to share.
