I knew that If I wanted to wear the color red and if it was in dress form then It would have to be perfect. Perfect shape, length, structure.
This A/X Armani Exchange maxi dress is my introduction into spring. Pairing it with a leather jacket and studded gold flats toughened up the look a bit. So girly, yet so extremely sexy and badass. I have a feeling I'll be packing this whole outfit in my suitcase when I escape to France this summer.
I gave myself an excuse to buy flowers today. Too beautiful a day to stay indoors, plus my pink roses died. If I told you that I picked out flowers to go with my dining room i'd be lying. The whole time I just compared everything to the red of the dress. Haha.

Sweater: A/X Armani exchange, shirt: All Saints, Dress: Planet Blue.

I went down to Long Island again to hang with the family and packed very lightly - a random grab bag of my closet's black and gray's. Spent the day doing absolutely nothing in particular. Except grab coffee and hang out with friends. Layered an A/X Armani Exchange sweater over some basics. This sweater is an accessory on it's own. The beading detail is the main reason why I wanted it in the first place and of course the vintage style.

Been spending more and more of my time idolizing Marianne Faithfull. I have this image saved on my dashboard of her walking around an apartment in simply her panties. It's dead 70's and simply perfect. Another picture of her I have is when she was on the cover of The Independent Magazine. She wore these fishnetty super tasteful stockings - uuhhh so awesome, which is why I picked out these pair of shiny looking snakeish pants from A|X Armani Exchange in the "Faithfull" thought process...get it? haha. This winter the A|X collection kinda reminds me of the 70's. Leaning over old motorcycles and fur trimmed jackets sort of 70's. A modern day version of that with an added sense of boho. Sounds sexy right?”
