Last week was full of adventures one being at the South Street Seaport. I feel like I live in such a big city but very rarely do I venture out of my downtown bubble...it's silly but true. South Street has changed so much since I was a kid and of course since 911. My parents equally lost about 6 friends on that tragic day. I wanted to bring my friend Celine down there to be near the water and check out the local cute stores sorta share with her my little knowlege on the area. It's felt nice to do something different for a change.

I'd love to hear your recommendations on cool places to visit in NYC or bascially anywhere...I love to travel so throw em at me!

  2. Visit The Cloisters in Washington Heights. I did a couple of weeks ago and it's amazing. It's weird how you go so uptown and it does not feel like you're in NYC at all.

  4. I love Harlem, especially around the 115-125 street and Lenox/ACP area. Really cute restaurants and lots of African boutiques with really cool prints.

  8. Love how you mixed such interesting prints! Very cool look & I love the fringed bag. I live in Midtown East & recently went to The Water Club. It's located on the East River. Very nice place, especially in the summer!
